Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started a new system in the hit of students called One Time Registration OTR. With the introduction of this facility, the candidate will be freed from uploading his personal details / document / photo / signature again and again. Single-Time Data Entry: Candidates only need to enter their personal details, photograph, and signature once into the system during the registration process.

Issuance of OTR Number: Once the candidate's information is verified, the UPPSC issues a unique OTR number and registration information, streamlining the application process for future selection tests.
How to Apply UPPSC OTR 2023 Online Form
Access the Website:
Open the official website uppsc.up.nic.in or otr.pariksha.nic.in.
Direct link available in the Useful Important Links section of the page.
Click on Registration Tab.
Provide Basic Information:
Enter essential details: Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, and Aadhar Card Last 6 Digits.
Verify and Submit Registration.
OTP Verification:
An OTP will be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
Enter the OTP for verification.
Completion of Registration:
After successful verification, the candidate will receive their OTR ID on the screen.
Take a printout or a screenshot of the OTR profile.
Login:
Log in using mobile number, email, or OTR ID along with the OTP sent to the registered email and mobile.
Password Change:
Set a new password for the UPPSC OTR ID.
Completion of OTR Registration:
The candidate's UPPSC OTR registration process is now complete.
They can apply for new applications and access the history of old filled applications using the same OTR ID.
