- Mark sheets of 10th and 12th class.
- Certificates of passing the 10th and 12th class exams.
- Passport-sized photograph and signature of the candidate.
- Aadhaar card or original residential certificate.
- Caste certificate or EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate.
- PWD (Person with Disability) certificate, if applicable.

How to Apply Special BSTC 2023
- Read the official notification of Special B.Tech (B.Tech) 2023 attentively.
- Check the list of all Special B.Tech colleges on the official website near you.
- Print the application form on A4-sized paper.
- Candidates can also obtain the application form from their nearby Special B.Tech colleges.
- Fill in all the required information accurately in the application form.
- Self-attest all the necessary documents and attach photocopies of them.
- Affix a passport-sized photograph and signature at the designated space on the application form.
- Place the application form in an appropriate-sized envelope and submit it at your nearby Special B.Tech college.
