Selection Process
|
|
Candidates from the Sikar and Neem police station districts will have separate preference in the Sikar UTB Recruitment 2023. In accordance with state government plans, the Corona period from 22 March 2020 to 13 February 2022 was completed on contract or on a temporary, as-needed basis. Candidates who have worked for less than two years will receive a bonus of 15, those who have worked for two years or more will receive a bonus of 20, and those who have worked for three years or more will receive a bonus of 30.
The candidates who have worked under contract will receive 10 points for one year of service, 20 points for two years, and 30 bonus points for three years or more, in addition to the Corona period. Bonus points won't be awarded based on experience certificates provided by private organisations. The official notification contains thorough information that candidates can review. The committee appointed by the District Collector will choose candidates based on the candidates' percentages of technical and academic qualifications.
