Necessary Guidelines

1. School Education and Language Department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur's letter dated 24.05.2018 approved the post in the administrative system by reorganizing the block, district and divisional level offices and by date 08.08.2018 and 24.09.2018 The eligibility for tax post has been fixed. Therefore, the eligibility of the posts will remain as per the above orders.
2. Details of vacancies to be conducted for interview and other information related to interview can be obtained from the website of Rajasthan School Education Council (www.rajsmsa.nic.in).
3. Application for all the posts has to be made online through the staff window of Shala Darpan Portal of Rajasthan Education Department with own login ID.
4. The information related to the applicant will be taken from Shala Darpan's Form – 10 (P-10), so before applying the applicant should fill Form – 10 (P-10) (such as mobile number, e-mail, personal information, educational qualification and category) must be updated. No modification will be possible after registration.
5. If the application is filled in incorrectly by the applicant, the application can be canceled and applied again before the last date and time.
6. The OTP will come on the mobile number registered on Shala Darpan only when the applicant applies on Shala Darpan.
7. Applications for the above posts can be filled from 19.07.2023 to 23.07.2023 till 12.00 midnight. (After this the link will be disabled)
8. The right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies of the above respective posts will be reserved under the State Project Director, Rajasthan Council of School Education, Jaipur.
9. All the posts published in the notification are of deputation, which will be filled by the personnel working in the education department under the state government.
10. The tenure of personnel posted in project offices will be minimum one year, which can be extended for a maximum of four years as per rules (Rule 144 "A" of Rajasthan Service Rules 1951). But if the deputation personnel's work is not found satisfactory or due to administrative reasons, the State Project Director, Rajasthan School Education Council, Jaipur cancels the deputation and relieves the parent department before the completion of the period. 11. Personnel working under Rajasthan Swachha Gramin 2011 service will not be eligible to apply.
12. Salary and Allowances will be given to the selected candidates in the pay scale of their posts only. Deputation allowance will be payable as per rules.
13. There should be a minimum cooling off period of one year in the parent department after deputation from other department.
14. Subject to the order of the Hon'ble Court, the selection process will not be done against the post of personnel working.
15. Candidates currently have any disciplinary proceedings / departmental inquiry proposed / pending in the department or who have been punished in any way under the Rajasthan Civil Services Rules 1958, will not be eligible for posting.
16. The applicant selected through the interview will have to submit all the original documents mentioned in the application form at the time of joining in the concerned office. If any kind of information given by the applicant in the application is found wrong, the deputation of the applicant will be canceled and disciplinary action will be proposed against him.
17. Jurisdiction for any legal dispute will be in the jurisdiction of Jaipur district.
18. The age of the applicant should not exceed 57 years as on 31.07.2023.
19. Applicant must have computer knowledge for all the posts.
20. In addition to the desired district/block applied for by the applicant, deputation can be done elsewhere in the interest of the project.

Online Interview

1. Online interview facility has been started to maintain social distance during the Corona period and to save the candidates from travel troubles.
2. Interviews will be conducted online through Microsoft Teams.
3. All the applicants must ensure that they have Microsoft Team software/app installed in their Laptop/Desktop/Mobile and also ensure that the desktop and laptop have the necessary equipment such as camera and audio device (Mike and Speaker) and the candidate Use ear phone and mic during the interview.
4. Each applicant should ensure that he/she sits at a place which has adequate internet speed, power backup and adequate lighting. Being convinced of the above arrangements, the candidate can give interview from any place according to his convenience.
5. Each applicant should appear before the interview panel online in a disciplined manner, dressed neatly and decently.
6. Keep in mind that the camera of the candidate should remain fixed on the face and the frame should not be displaced elsewhere.
7. The applicant should switch off his/her camera, mic, speaker etc. till the jamb is not called by the panel.
8. The candidate will enter the virtual interview room only after the permission is given by the interview panel, so all the candidates must exercise patience and wait for their turn.
9. Make sure that there is no loud noise or disturbance in the area from where the candidate is giving the interview.
10. Interview date, slot, time details and link of respective panel room will be sent through text message on the applicant's mobile number (which will be filled by the candidate in the application form). So keep checking text messages in your staff window/mobile.
11. Candidate should register himself/herself in Microsoft Teams App with the same name as mentioned in the application form, the applicant's name should appear in Microsoft Teams App when the candidate enters the virtual interview room.
12. No other member should accompany/near the candidate at the time of interview.
