Essential Terms and Conditions

1. Personnel desirous of deputation have to apply only in the format prescribed by the department. Only the personnel currently working in the schools of Elementary / Secondary Education Department of Rajasthan Government can participate in the interview for deputation.
2. Download the application format from the department's website http://sje.rajasthan.gov.in and fill it in neat and clean letters and attach self-attested photocopies of all the documents from 17th July 2023 to 20th July 2023. You can participate in the interview by registering till 12:00 noon.
3. The selection process for deputation will consist of 80 marks for educational qualification and 20 marks for interview.
4. The candidate must have completed two years of service in the education department.
5. A gap of one year is necessary from one deputation to another. Personnel having deputation period up to 10 years in full service period will be ineligible to apply.
6. Probation period in the post applied for by the applicant should be over by the date of interview.
7. Candidates should apply for their original post/subject only. Application against the post will not be accepted.
8. First the deputation will be for one year only, which can be extended as per rules.
9. Preference will be given to women personnel in residential schools for girls.

11. The personnel participating in the interview may appear in their respective offices for Walk In Interview from 17th July 2023 to 20th July 2023 at 10.00 am in the Auditorium Building of Directorate, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Ambedkar Bhavan, Near Civil Line Gate, Jaipur. Along with the original application, original documents (with self-attested copies), passport size photograph and service verification details from the current head of office and no objection certificate issued by the competent authority, make sure to be present on the scheduled date and time.
12. No traveling allowance/attendance certificate will be admissible for the interview.
13. After issuing the posting order by the education department, it will be mandatory to join at the place of posting within a period of one month.
14. Resident will be mandatory for the selected personnel in residential schools where accommodation facility is available.
15. No action should be currently proposed/pending against the personnel.
16. Application after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
17. Candidate will not be entitled to any kind of legal action regarding posting in the department on vacant posts.
18. The vacancies mentioned on the website are approximate and may increase or decrease.
19. Exemption in experience to specially qualified personnel and all other rights will be reserved with Director and Special Secretary, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and Secretary RICE.
20. If any information is found wrong before or after selection, action will be taken under Rajasthan service rules.
21. If the services of any officer and employee working on deputation are not found satisfactory, they can be relieved immediately.
22. Irrespective of any dispute in all matters, the final decision will be taken by the Director and Special Government Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department and ex-officio Secretary, RICE.
