Rajasthan PTET Counselling Fees Refund 2022-23 Rules

• Online applications for Rajasthan PTET Fees Refund 2022-23 can be submitted from 8th February 2023 to 31st July 2023.
• Candidates who were not allotted a college or did not report to the allotted college after the college allotment process can apply for a refund.
• Candidates who have paid the registration fee of INR 5000 or admission fee of INR 22000 multiple times are also eligible for a refund.
• Candidates who were allotted a college through the counseling process but did not take admission as part of the upward movement can apply for a refund.
• Candidates who have unfortunately passed away after their admission (the candidates family must provide the candidates death certificate and a receipt confirming the cancellation of admission from the college) are eligible for a refund.
• As per the directives of the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, dated 2nd August 2022 (D.O.No.2-71/2022 (CPP-II)) and 1st November 2022 (D.O.No.2-71/2022 (CPP-II)), candidates who have taken admission in a four-year B.A. B.Ed / B.Sc. B.Ed or two-year B.Ed program after getting admitted to a college through PTET or have canceled their admission from the college due to some other reason, are not eligible for a refund. (The candidate must provide a receipt confirming the cancellation of admission from the college.)
• Eligible candidates for fee refund can log in to the official website of PTET at www.ptetraj2022.com or www.ptetraj2022.org and click on the Apply for Refund option. They should enter their PTET-2022 roll number, counseling ID displayed in the PTET-2022 result, their own name, fathers name, mothers name, date of birth, and complete bank account details, including account number, banks IFSC code, bank passbook/cheque book, and their own address. Additionally, they need to upload the necessary documents such as Aadhaar card/drivers license/voter ID card, a copy of the fee deposit challan, and the transaction ID.
• The refund process will be conducted online as per the instructions for the refund application. There is no need for candidates to personally visit the PTET office for this purpose.
• The refund amount will be transferred only to the applicants own bank account. If the candidate provides the bank account details of someone else, including family members, the refund application will be rejected.
• Candidates who have already confirmed their admission in any college are not eligible for a fee refund.
