1. It is mandatory for the female candidate to be a resident of the revenue village or ward of the rural area for which she is being selected.
2. The woman applying in the urban area must be a resident of the ward for which the Anganwadi center is being selected.
3. Widow women and divorced, abandoned women will be considered local residents for both the places of in-laws and mother-in-law.
4. The minimum educational qualification of a female candidate for the post of ASHA Sahyogini should be 10th class pass.
5. It is mandatory for the female candidate to be married for Rajasthan Asha Sahyogini Recruitment 2023.
6. The minimum age of female candidate should be 21 years and maximum age should be 40 years as on the date of issue of advertisement.
7. The maximum age limit will be up to 45 years for SC, ST, widow, divorcee, divorcee and specially abled.
8. It is mandatory to declare in the application form that the applicant woman has a toilet at her home and uses it regularly.
9. Death certificate of husband as certificate for widow female candidate and declaration of not remarrying will have to be marked in the application.
10. In the case of divorce and abandonment, the order issued by the competent level (court or sub-divisional officer) and the declaration of not remarrying will have to be marked in the application.
11. Certificate of being specially abled should be issued by the competent level medical officer.
12. Coverage areas of centers or Gram Panchayats in which 50% or more of the population belongs to SC, ST, Minority category. Female candidates of the same category will be selected for selection at those centres. The calculation of population in the coverage area will be done mainly on the basis of Anganwadi survey register.
13. ASHA is not a state employee but a service worker who receives honorarium and incentive compensation amount. It is being given by them at Gram Panchayat or Anganwadi centers. They will be paid honorarium and incentive compensation amount as per the rates fixed by the Government of India and the State Government for the services.
14. Self attested photocopies of all required documents must be attached with the application form.
15. Candidates can obtain the application form free of cost from the concerned Block Chief Medical Officer office. Eligible candidates can submit their completely filled application form and necessary documents in two copies to the concerned Block Chief Medical Officer's office by personal or registered post by August 5, 2023.
16. All the candidates must obtain the receipt of the application form.
17. The rest of the terms and conditions can be obtained by the candidates from the concerned official website and the concerned office.
