इस भर्ती में चयनित उम्मीदवारों को पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 4 के तहत 38250 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। इसके बाद चयनित उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति एनपीसीआईएल मुख्यालय मुंबई में की जाएगी। इसके बाद उन्हें आवश्यकतानुसार भारत में किसी भी स्थान पर स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है।
